Last updated: 2025-10-27
1) Scope & platforms
These rules apply to all user activity on: (a) wavefibs.com (including blog comments) and (b) our public Telegram channels/groups. WaveFibs provides free educational market content. We do not sell premium access or paid advice.
2) Core principles
- Be lawful, respectful, and on-topic.
- No harassment, hate, threats, or exploitation.
- No financial solicitation or “pumps.” No API keys. No custody requests.
- Respect IP rights and privacy. Do not dox or share personal data without consent.
3) Prohibited content & conduct
- Illegal content (incitement to violence; CSAM; terrorism; selling illegal goods/services).
- Hate speech & harassment (attacking protected characteristics; slurs; stalking; targeted insults).
- Market manipulation (pump-and-dump, wash trading signals, coordinated false/misleading claims).
- Financial solicitation & scams (unlicensed investment offers, “DM for gains,” pyramid schemes).
- Deception & impersonation (fake identities, pretending to be WaveFibs staff or partners).
- Privacy violations (doxxing, leaks of private messages, KYC/ID documents, personal health/financial data).
- IP infringement (pirated content, unauthorized reposts).
- Malware & technical abuse (malicious links/files, DDoS, automated spam, scraping at scale).
- Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance; we report to authorities.
- Repeat/off-platform evasion (ban circumvention via alt accounts or re-joins).
4) Posting guidelines (Telegram & site)
- Keep charts and analysis evidence-based. Label opinions clearly. No “guaranteed profit” claims.
- Disclose any position if you discuss a coin you hold.
- No mass-mentioning, link-farms, or URL shorteners that hide the destination.
5) Notice-and-takedown (within 24 h)
Report content to [email protected] with: (1) link/screenshot, (2) why it breaches rules/law, (3) your contact, (4) a good-faith statement. We review within 24 hours and may remove, restrict, or keep the content with reasons.
6) Moderation actions & “statement of reasons”
- Actions: label/warn, delete content, mute (24–72 h), suspend (7–30 d), permanent ban, or report to authorities.
- For significant actions, we provide a short statement of reasons (what was removed, why, rule broken, and appeal options).
7) Appeals (7 days)
