1) Who I am

2) What I provide

I publish educational content, market commentary, and signal matrices about crypto markets. This is general information only. I do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, copy-trading, trade execution, or custody. See the Financial-Advice / Risk Disclaimer.

3) Eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to form binding agreements under your local law.

4) Off-platform channels

I link to/operate public Telegram channels. When you use Telegram, X, YouTube, etc., your data is processed under those platforms’ terms and policies.

5) Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable-Use & Community Guidelines (no spam, harassment, illegal content, IP infringement, malware, doxxing, explicit content, market manipulation, financial solicitation, custody requests, or API keys).

6) Intellectual property

All site content (text, graphics, code, layouts) is owned by me or licensed to me. You may view and share links. No scraping, bulk downloading, republication, resale, or other commercial use without prior written permission.

7) User-generated content (UGC)

If you post comments on the blog, you (a) warrant you own or control the rights; (b) grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and moderate the content; and (c) accept that I may remove it per the moderation rules.

8) Accounts & subscriptions

No on-site accounts or paid plans. The site is free to access. If I later offer premium access (e.g., via Telegram), additional terms will apply and will be shown at onboarding/checkout.

9) Donations (no sales)

WaveFibs does not sell products or services. If you choose to donate, it is purely voluntary and not consideration for access, performance, or results. Donations are processed by third-party payment providers as separate controllers; I do not see your card details. Unless required by applicable law, donations are generally non-refundable.

10) Disclaimers & risk

All content is provided “as is” for information and education only. I do not execute trades or hold client funds. Cryptoassets are highly volatile and risky; past performance does not guarantee future results. See the Risk Disclaimer.

11) Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian law, I exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses and for losses arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing excludes liability where such exclusion is unlawful.

12) Force majeure

I am not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., hosting/CDN outages, DDoS, major platform changes, regulatory actions, natural events).

13) Law & venue

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. The courts of Varna, Bulgaria, have jurisdiction.

14) Changes

I may update these Terms from time to time. The new version applies from the “Last updated” date shown on this page.
